INVITATION TO NEPAL WEEKEND 2008!

You are heartily invited to the annual camping event “Nepal Weekend 2008”, which will take place on 22-24 August in Huizen.. The camping location 'De Woesberg' of Huizen is located amidst the forest near Hilversum. This get-together aims at bringing the Nepalese people and friends of Nepal closer and also geneate opportunities for exchanging one's ideas/thoughts under a relaxing atmosphere.

Time: 19:30 hours on Friday and ends at 16:00 hours on Sunday
Participation fee : € 35 (Non-Donors and Non-Members) ; € 30 ( for Donors and Members) & € 15 (children under 12 year)

The entry fee includes 2 overnight night stay, 2 breakfasts, 1 dinner and two lunches. There is no dinner on Friday evening, the day of arrival. You will be accommodated in a wooden cottage with beds. You are requested to bring your own sleeping bag and pillow. Tents are not allowed. The price for staying both days or just during one day is the same.
Only upon receipt of your payment to the above a/c, your reservation will be confirmed. Once confirmed, cancellation of your reservation will not be possible. Since we only have limited accommodation, you’re requested to make your reservation on time.
